Termy Tech Pest Control Services does not only provide quality pest control services but spearheaded a variety of innovative products to resolve pest control problems of its clients.

Some of the most interesting products which we offer are the following:

TERMYTRACK BAITING SYSTEMS: Our Products

TermyTrack Baiting Systems, is of an Australian invention, are innovated and redesigned in early 2008 to improve its effectiveness and now is one of the best baiting systems.

The TermyTrack Baiting Systems are uniquely designed to entice termites into the system. The enclosed baits work as an attractant and lure the termites into the baiting system. The baiting system is non-poisonous, no harmful chemicals, environment-friendly and safe to humans and pets contact. The baits of the system are treated with a formulated solution (attractant) made of ten organic ingredients that are non-poisonous and edible. However, it gives out a strong enticing smell that attracts the termites to infest the baits contained in the TermyTrack Baiting System.

The TermyTrack Baiting Systems not only eliminate the termites but eradicate the whole colony. It then stands as a shield to the property and keeps new termite infestation at a bay. The specialty is that the END USERS OWN THE SYSTEM.

  1. TermyTrack In Ground (IG) System

The TermyTrack In Ground (IG) System comprises of three parts: the Tube, the lid and the baits.

The In Ground (IG) System can be placed in the garden front, around high-rise buildings and in the plantation fields.

Installation of the TermyTrack In Ground (IG) Systems

  • Survey and inspect the property for infestation of termites.
  • Probe the ground-check if there are water pipes or cables running under the garden by using the inspection rod.
  • Run a measuring wheel and get the accurate measurement around the perimeter of the property.
  • Draw a sketch of the measured area and plan the stations for the TermyTrack System.
  • Mark out the area for the installation of the system. (It is recommended to install the TermyTrack System near the perimeter of the property.)
  • For grass and garden area, if using a hand auger, cut the first 6” and check the diameter of the system and then proceed cutting to the full length of the TermyTrack System.
  • Once the hole is made ready, the TermyTrack System is inserted into the hole and the outer sides are packed well with soil to keep the system firm to the ground. This also avoids excess water seeping into the system.
  • Tighten the lid with the help of the custom made key and clean up the debris around the installed area of the system.

Installation of the In Ground (IG) Systems on Concrete Base

  • Mark the place of the installation of the TermyTrack System.
  • Measure the diameter of the base of the TermyTrack System and mark on the concrete floor.

Use a concrete cutter to drill the hole.

(Other application is to be followed as that of the TermyTrack System in the garden area)

  •  It is recommended to place the TermyTrack System three (3) meters apart.

Services after Installation of the In Ground (IG) System

  • The pest control professionals inspect the place 4 weeks upon the installation of the system.
  • When infestation of termites is found in the stations, the pest control professionals treat the system with a permitted solution to eliminate the termites in the system as well as the colony.
  • A clean sprayer is to be used when the termiticide is sprayed.
